2 weeks ago I switched my hounds to Eagle Pack Holistic Select Anchovy, Sardine & Salmon. They LOVE it!! I also did a switch with Wilson (the visitor). Everyone is eating great and producing nice poop! My concern is this:

All 3 of them are drinking almost no water! I would say my 2 are probably drinking 80% less! Also, Wilson is only taking a sip or two twice a day. I know the weather has been cooler but this is weird. I called Eagle Pack and they said they have heard that. Their food has a higher moisture content than alot of foods so the dog doesn't drink as much?? I have from the start of the food switch 2 weeks ago been adding some water to make a gravy. Do you think that's why?? To me, I'm not adding nearly as much as they use to drink?? They aren't due for their annual physical till the end of next month. They don't seem dehyrated?? I've tried the Reverse Osmosis tap, regular tap and spring bottled & distilled water. Same result?? Just looking for anyone's experience with something similar to this??

Yes, I am. They still aren't drinking much at all?? I called Eagle Pack dog food and the Rep. I spoke to said she has heard this before. Not on a daily basis but she has heard this. They are not dehydrated. Everyone is peeing okay so I am adding some tap water to their meals twice daily to make sure they are getting enough. It's just weird???
