Black Gold 26/18 2 1/2 to 3 cups a day depends on if it's winter or summer and how hard i'm training Ike,he has never been fed over 3 cups ever and he is in awesome shape with a great coat. $18.00 for a 50 lbs. bag and i can get it cheaper if i buy it by the ton. all the dogs here at Pinehawk Kennels get it and are in awesome shape. Pinkwhip has seen Ike in the Flesh and he has the body of a god ,not the same god that i have a body of. :lol: i'm actully thinking of placing his stud ad in the rabbit hunter magazine for him. i do have one breeding lined up for him this week,i'm taking him to west virginia to another AHBA person.Smart move for using Ike in his breeding program,should be a nice cross and be some rabbit dawgs deluxe!!!!

i've been hearing a bit of a buzz about the sportmix on some beagle websites,most seem to like it.i'll stick with Black Gold since i can now get it in my area( my area,a hour and a half away!! lol). my new Field Champ got it when he was younger and now is back on it,as is my 2 beagles and my wife's chihuahua. all have good coats and low stool volume. bottom line with any food is real simple feed what you can afford and what your dog does the best on.
