Capella, a wonderful new foundlander girl, went to the bridge this monday.
We have known her for many years, we have been walking many times
together, and we have been babysitting her several times. She was the
nicest and most loveable dog I've met. Every time she passed by our gate,
she wanted to come visiting.

She was 10 years and 8 months, a good age for such a big dog.

It's indeed a sad day here now.

I too, enjoyed seeing pics of her with your hounds. She looked like a very gentle girl.
I'm sure all of you will miss her a great deal. This is the ONLY downside to having a dog! it hurts so much when they must go..

So very sorry to hear about Capella going to the '"RainbowBridge". I always enjoyed seeing her with your wonderful Bassets. I'm sure she was greeted by the many wagging tails of all the wonderful hounds we have lost here on the forum. Rest in Peace, beautiful girl, you will be missed.
