i would agree looks like a beagle mix though I have seen AKC registered bassets that look even more like beagles, What if any registration papers are being provided. and specifically what is the name of the registry.
True Basset or Basset Mix?
Hello all! I am in the process of purchasing a basset puppy and my Husband is concerned that it will not be purebred because of the way the father looks. The picture below is the puppies father. The mother no doubt is full Basset. But the father is questionable. He looks to be a little beagle mix. What do you all think?
