This morning I was watching the news coverage of the Marti Gras dog parade in Saint Louis and I saw a beutiful Basset (aren't they all) sniffing the TV camera and was wondering if it was Tootie. She was wearing a multicolor coat with a furry purple collar.

I too was wondering if that was Tootie!

Can't believe with the cold temps all the dogs that showed up to parade around in their costumes....maybe next year we will take Annie!
