Too hot and tired to play

That was too funny. I guess that shows there is never a bad time to take a nap for a basset.

that is so funny, it has been so hot lately, my pup doesn't want to do anything she goes out side in the middle of her walk and just gives up and lies down, which means i have to carry her back home. That is just too funny

When it's nap time, by golly, it's NAP TIME and it doesn't matter what else is going on. I had to carry George home from a walk the other day because he got hot and tired. Or SAID he did. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the point of the walk for HIM to get some exercise? Instead Mommy has to carry a 55 pound basset.

What I thought was cute about yours was, one flopped down and immediately the other followed suit. They know a good idea when they see one, don't they? :lol:
