Same with Toughy any electric motor whine. That is all part of habituating a puppy early on (first 12 weeks) You can lessen the fear latter in life but it is much harder and may never get rid of it totally. For me and I quess in bogies case since there is not a problem with the clippers never saw much use in trying to desensitize to the dremel.
