There is a bump on her head, on top, leading towards her back. It isn't a flea, or tick.
What can it be??? It looks like a pimple, just a white head?? Anyone know what this can be, or should we go to thevet ???
Tat's is 10 1/2 weeks and she isn't scratching at in, I'm baffled. I've had lot's of dog's (I'm 42) and I've never seen anything like this.

Hard to say- a growth? a cyst? A small infection? Whenever I'm in doubt about something I call our vet and ask- sorry I can't be more helpful-

Mine have them in the neck, feels
like a grain of rice in size.

My Golden had that same thing. It was an infected cyst and had to be lanced and he had to go on antibiotics

Thank you with all of your suggestions, and responses. I called the vet and he told us it could be a tick that when imbedded became infectioned. So like a new mom I brought her over. It was a tick., and it was still alive! The vet said it was very rare and that tatsi must be very allergic because it was 24 hrs and she had such an intense reaction.
We have an antibotic for her and she is herself again. Go figure! :wacko: Again, thank you, and I will try to get a few pics of her up soon. My camera isn't workng and Tat's is costing a fortune the last week! Gotta love her though.
