We had little shoes/slipper things for my boxer when I was a kid. My mom bought them to put on her when it was raining. She didnt care for them. But we didnt buy them til she was almost grown. I would get them on sale and then put them on for a little bit at a time. So he can get used to them.
Shoes?
It may seem silly to worry about winter when the sun is shining, but this is the time of year when winter stuff is on sale. My dogs in Florida didn't need to wear shoes for the occasional sticker. I would like for my new basset to wear some this winter. Has anyone had success in finding some that will fit? I have a pattern to make some, but I can't recreate the soles that manufactured shoes have.
