Sad news from Quebec.
Helen Barrowcliffe of Basset Hound Rescue Quebec passed away this morning. The rescue is closing permanently. They have 4 dogs that need to be adopted NOW – Meo, Harley, Ernest and Elliot. If you are in the Quebec area or nearby and can adopt these hounds please contact [email protected] ASAP
