how old is Ruby? how much does she weigh?
the reason i ask is because my female, Oda Mae, looks a lot like Ruby except she's not as heavy and i was trying to figure out if Oda might need to gain weight or if she's just petite.
okay. just read that she's eight. but how much does she weigh?

Ruby Dew looks very frightening! 
I think she's about 50 lbs.

Ruby has a lot of skin....she's actually very lean for a basset (per the vet). Last time she was in, she was 49 pounds and you can see her ribs even tho she gets more food and treats these days.
When I try to lift her in and out of the car tho, she feels like she weighs 100 pounds!
