That's exactly what it is....a lipoma; fatty tumor on her left knee. It's larger than a golf ball tho and it scared ALL of us.
When the vet said she was going to aspirate it, I thought that meant drain it....nope, it means to take a drop or two out and analyze it. Vet said that they typically grow and if it's in the way, they'll have to operate. We certainly don't want that!
The last two times she was under anesthesia, they had trouble getting her to come out of it!
So, she's "fine" and we're all happy it's just something to watch.
