Here's a link to an online store that sells basset quilt block patterns. How cool would it be if they just happened to look like your basset buddy? There's a full-body block and a head block. I'm always haunting the craft links for basset related cross-stitch and quilt patterns. I really like this one. I also note that if you're not crafty, they will make up a pillow for you. Holy smokes, those are really neat! That's a lotta work, but wow!

I can just imagine trying to make a quilt with various hound's pictures from the board. Wouldn't that be awesome? I wonder if we'd be able to recognize them? It would be neat to look at something like that, but what a huge project it would be!
