Ernest the puppy lifted his leg today. He's not even six months old.

I'm soo happy and still so bummed.

His grandmother and grandfather are flying in from San Diego for the weekend. His gf has never met him and his uncle is also flying in (for a meeting, but still)...

Not sure if bassets ever grow up, I think they just get bigger.

Interesting point though about lifting his leg.Toby doesn't do that . He keeps all four legs on the ground. Never thought about it before. BTW think Ernest is a terrific name for a basset. Love the avatar pic.
