Your dog needs to be seen by your veterinarian and I wouldn't wait until Saturday. Also check with your veterinarian before giving any human medications.
If a bone in the mouth is exposed this is a veterinary emergency. Call your vet ASAP. The wound may look clean but there are bacteria present.
Keep us posted on how Jesse is doing.
