My cousin's husband bought this car off my dad several years ago and restored it. You can't see him, but Moose in in the back. He was busy sniffing the old seats...ummmm, 60 years of smelling there!
My 87 year old father insisted on driving, and I think my cousin was looking a little pale about it. They managed to make it around the block, but I think my dad found it a little more difficult than when he was young.

My 87 year old dad, reliving his younger days:

Wow, nice car! My in-laws has an old pickup truck that he restored. It's good to see some of us still appreciate this kind of stuff.
The cloud is sooo perfect, it looks almost fake or just like in cartoon!!! :)

I think Moose might find a piece of old cracker on the backseat. :D

Rocket, my dad is a very active man. He got a computer when he was 80, and wrote three books. One is of his 50+ years as a cattle buyer, and it's going very well here. interesting reading of how things were done in the old days!

And just to keep this basset related, he's the one who got me my very first basset hound when I was 14. :D

Lovely car and passenger!

And what a stout driver,
you must be so proud of your father, Sandy.

I would guess it's a 46-47 Buick sedan series 50?
