Boss Hogg would like some prayers please. He was just diagnosed on Aug. 10th. We are currently waiting to see the specialist in 2 days to determine the best strategy. He is only 5yr.8months..... This Cancer just came. Boss Hogg has regular checkups, so this is how dangerous Lymphoma really is. I am truly in shock and pain. Please have your Bassets checked @ the local vet.....

Prayers of healing & comfort for your sick hound and for courage & strength as you care for him.
Am thinking good thoughts for you. Sounds like there's some good treatments for some kinds of lymphoma now that provide a long-term remission and that aren't too hard on the dog. Please keep us informed about how it goes.
Im so sorry. My prayers are with you and your dog.
Whew, that video absolutely did me in. It's a beautiful tribute. All here will be sending healing drool your way. Please keep us posted.

Swelling in his rear paw is getting better due to the Preds...Early trip tomorrow....about a 2hour drive to Richmond.....Thanks for all the wonderful prayers.....

Boss Hogg is blessed and wants everyone to know that he will fight this ugly nasty disease.......
I'm sorry- sending many prayers and drool your way.
I'm so sorry to hear of your boy's diagnosis. We lost our first girl at 3 1/2 to an aggressive form of lyphoma. If you want to talk about it message me. I can tell you what we tried.
I'm so sorry to hear about Boss Hogg and his diagnosis with Lymphoma. I certainly know the agony and pain you are feeling right now. We lost our beloved Bubba to Lymphoma when he was 7. His was a very aggressive form that was in his lungs. No early symptoms, just difficulty breathing after a walk in the cold weather in December. Took him right in to the vet, but unfortunately it was already advanced and we lost him two weeks later.
That was five years ago, and I know treatments have greatly improved with many new drugs and options now. I wish the best for Boss Hogg and sending lots of prayers and healing drool for both of you.
Sorry sorry to read this. Sending prayers to you and your family!

Awww I hope Boss Hogg will get better.... he's so young! The words of that song really touched me! :(

I have never seen such long claws as Boss Hogg's... his feet must be sore to walk on!

PS: His name suits Boss Hogg...
