i have been giving these shots for the last few years now, with no problems what so ever.this used to be a problem many years ago and now it seems it's cycle has come back around again.i think a lot of the problem is not to many people are fur trapping any more, some people may not like the sport but it is very helpful in controling disease's like this one.

the 5 in one puppy shots do not have lepto, these shots are the most common given to pups the first 2 times.the 7 in one shots do have lepto, they are given on the third shot and the following shots.at least that is the way we have always done it.

i give my own shots and i buy the ones that give the most protection.like most things now all you can do is your best and hope nothing bad happens.just like the flu shots only protect against certain strains, you get a flu shot and sometimes you still get sick.field and hunting dogs should be the ones to watch, and as of yet i have not heard of anyones dogs coming down with anything funky yet.i think i'm going to start running my dogs this week to get them tuned up for the trials and i do have a real nice young male that is showing some promise,he just needs to get on more rabbits.
