Any suggestions for where I can find a jacket for my basset? I prefer one that will cover his underbelly... poor guy gets soaked on rainy and snowy days. He's a city dog so the street corners are the worst! Slushy messes...

I'm only finding jackets that cover the top of the dog. Any suggestions?

there are a number of such manufactures keep in mind it is not that hard to find ones that fit bassets because their torso is not what makes them unique, Dog jacket to not cover the legs which would be the problem

here are a number that will work for you but they are not cheap

I also got a rain coat tradition yellow vinyl from petco that cover the belly as well but it had no insulating value.
