Un oh- the dreaded red x's! This link will take you to a thread on posting photos-
edited to say: before you proceed to step 9:
You will see a little row of icons at the top of the reply box- the 4th one from the right is "insert image". If you click on that, it will bring the URL box up . Then just continue with the instructions.
