catch anything either, it has to be checked and

Throwing food and stuff at bassets is fun XD
My previous basset used to catch the snowballs I threw at him.
Mr. Runcible on the other hand usually just sits and looks at me, he might investigate the item afterwards.
If it is food and I drop it _right infront_ of his nose he puts out his tounge and hopes for the best.

My favourite is when I throw Snoopy a biscuit, it bounces off his head, and he looks at me as if to say "what am I? A performing seal?".

He then picks up the biscuit and tosses it in the air himself, so the Springer can catch it.
