In his book "The Nature of Animal Healing", Dr. Martin Goldstein recommends simply a diet of 1/3 grain/starch, 1/3 meat and 1/3 vegetables. Since I have a low-carb outlook, I've eliminated the grain/starch part of the equation and simply feed Rainbow meat and veggies. I think it's better to vary the actual ingredients to provide a wider range of nutrients.
The rest of mine are on Kirkland Chicken and Rice, which contains neither of the (so far) contaminated ingredients.
