My dog went into heat about 1.5 to 2 months ago. She didn't bleed much but wanted our male dog, we did what we could to keep them away from each other. She started bleeding today could she be having puppies or another cycle? Our male isn't acting out like normal with her like when she is in heat. She is growling at our other dogs when they come by her.

2 month is gestation period for dogs,. Much too soon to be in heat again, I would be absolutely concerned with perhaps an open Pyrometra and get the dog to the vet ASAP

You have two urgent situations here starting with whether or not she is pregnant and then (not necessarily in this order), whether she has a pyometra going on.

Whatever you do, get her straight to your vet and even if this isn't pyo, (in which case she'll need to be spayed), book her spay surgery to be done. If she lives with an entire male and you say you 'did what we could to keep them away from each other' (what does that mean - either you did, or you didn't!!). It's not fair on entire pet males to have them living under the same roof as an entire female.
