Thank you for sharing! Your dogs are beautiful. Dad must've been real tired too! But at least he's got good napping companions. I've never seen such great nappers as basset hounds.

I love the swimming pictures. Mine go out of their way to avoid water even touching their feet. And the Dad and pups asleep pic is the best! Mine take over the sofa too...leave me with just a small space.

i stood outside on the deck in the middle of a storm this morning. they have a lot more of those in tennessee that what I had in northern LA. oh well... i overheard one say i didn't have enough sense to come in out of the rain.

Hey Esther, me has an Aunt that lives in Knoxville.....maybe one day when we is visiting, we could plan for a detour to make a visit to meet..???? I am a little shy (no, not really) but would love a chance to meet you in person and get yous autograph before the blog and your famous..

We had one of those big storms here in Texas. When the lighting and rain started I realized I couldn't find Anabelle. I look outside and she is fast asleep in the rain. I don't even get how that's possible lol

That is the funniest thing ever....we have had a few storms too...and Woody just sets under the dining table and growls like he thinks the thunder is growling at him...

But to sleep in the rain..that is a hoot...

I agree, Esther needs a blog. Esther's Antics or something. She'll have quite a following of the boy bassets, hee hee.

Storms don't seem to bother Boomer. Whenever it thunders, he just looks at the front door like someone is knocking and going to come in.
