Panosteitis- Yes- many of our bassets have had it- done fine- and outgrew it :) Willie loved a gentle rubdown every night- it seemed to soothe him... even when he was fine :D There is some info on the health link from the main page. Give your baby extra loving!

Willie outgrew it about 15 months and only had a few rough instances. Poor Jake had a couple bouts- one with a trip to the ER on a weekend as he was hurting so badly. Jake seemed fine after about 15 months as well-
