We have a 1 year old female basset that will randomly full on attack our other dogs, to the point where they yelp and I have to interfere to get her to stop. Not sure what to do but I will not tolerate it!
With out seeing any interaction my guess is you are miss reading the situation completely. If she truly randomly attacks the only safe thing to do is euthanasia but that is rarely to never the case. In play, yelping is only communication to the other dog it is getting too rough, what happens after the yelp? Interrupting play general does more harm than good provided the other dogs have the size strength and desire to discipline the puppy.
