Hi There
Im new to post on this site. The reason why Im posting is that my 9 year old basset is driving my neighbours mad. When we go to work in the morning we leave him in the house so that his crying and howling is kept indoors - however they can still hear him through solid concrete walls. Can anyone give me any advice - he obviously does this when he is alone. We have recorded him while were not here and yes the pitch of the howls and cry is horrendous. Also I have read the posts about the no bark collars etc - do these collars work on howling & crying? My husband is a bit reluctant to put one of the collars on him as he is afraid this might hurt him?? Any tips / help much appreciated
