Is the only sign of a false pregnancy swollen teats? Jess also went into heat before we had arranged to have her spayed. Her teats all look a bit swollen, but I wasn't sure if she is just "growing up" and so the changes are just a sign of maturity. Are there any other signs I should look for? What would mastitis look like? Jess seems fine apart from this.
