Buford has been an absolute Joy(except when my wife takes him on his walk, then he is a bad boy!!) Man he is full of energy. Its been really hot here in Fla but the heat doesn't bother Buford at all, he just guzzles water and keeps on trucking. Well, he had his first really funny caper the other day. I stopped to get gas in my Bronco and Buford was in the passenger seat. I went in to pay and get a Coke and some chips, just as I walk up I heard a "click". I felt my pocket and guess what? NO keys! they were in the Bronco. I called my friend who brought me a coathanger. Well, buford thinks this is a game and attacks the hanger. When he finally got distracted I was able to open the door. My friend thought it was pretty funny. Good thing it wasn't hot that day. Oh well, now I always leave the little vent window open when he's with me now. Lesson learned!

Here's the noble beast again(really growing like crazy) with my best(was) beach towell.

and after being bad on a walk

One time one of my dogs locked themselves in the car because I had left the remote in the seat when I ran back in the house to get a drink. Sabian stepped on the remote and locked the doors! It was around haloween and Sabe was dressed in a cowboy hat. An older gentleman came and unlocked the car but never mentioned the costume on the dog. When I paid him I said, " You might have noticed my dog has a cowboy hat on... we are going to a party. The only reply he made was , Yea, I noticed that". I learned my lesson to never leave the keys on the seat.
