Are you asking how to post the pictures?
First you need to open an account at a photo hosting site. I like [url]www.photobucket.com[/url]. It's free and very easy to use.
Upload pictures from your computer. You'll be able to see where to do this once you have your account.
Click on IMG Code (last in the list) under the picture you want to post. It will be automatically copied.
Paste directly into your reply - no need for tags.
Preview your post and the picture should be there.

Another place you can upload your photos to is www.tinypic.com It also generates the code you need to paste into your post.
