Steinar, I had to show this young pic of Emma to Ruby's daddy who agreed that Emma's back end looks like Ruby's and vice versa! He suggested I get a similar shot of Ruby to share.....which is what I'll do as soon as she wakes up.
If that was a picture of me and the boys, they would be up in the bushes, with the leashes streatched out, while I was leaning to one side. They agree to go in the same place, but it's not where I want to go.
Rusty & Stickers walk in a double line! That means I am outnumbered!!! Yesterday, they walked almost the entire mile in a double line bumping hips the whole way!! It is so funny to see! Everyone that sees us cracks up!
A mule is a sweet, agreeable animal compared to a basset who does not want to go "that way" but wants to go "this way". Toby quite clearly let's us know where we will be going on "his" walk and it is almost impossible to change his mind
Looks familiar...! When on their leads, Jake and Harvey weave round and round whilst sniffing at stuff until they have only two ft of available leash left! They DON'T always agree on the direction...what does a 120 pounds woman do when 45 pounds of hound wants to go LEFT and 80 pounds turns RIGHT...?!
It's amazing that my arms are still in their sockets!
