I've got a Bassett hound puppy. I'm looking for a bowl for long ears and slow eating, Everywhere I look its one or the other I can't find one that does both. Any ideas

the slow eating bowl with all the small chambers do a pretty good job keeping the ears out of the food.

https://www.chewy.com/qt-dog-brake-...PDdX3so5BU9rICFzNmYRC-b0Xzfs2mFRoCKMkQAvD_BwE Has a bit of a spaniel bowl taper as well it does not slow the eating as much as some of the plastic ones but you don't have to worry about plastic bowl dermatitis as well

Has more of a spaniel bowl taper but slow eat less than above and depend on how small your dogs snout is it may not slow eating at all.

we have both along with a couple of plastics Like the top if you are feed less than a 1 1/2 of food a meal because it is small more than that and it starts to loose it advantages if Feed larger amount of kibble a larger diameter plastic dish is the only thing that works

have both of the above one would thing the top bowl would be easier to clean and slow eating less but in reality there is virtual no difference between the two, having used both for multiple years. but our speedy eaters are also the ones fed the least amount.
