Don't forget the next step...

Then he'll dig up the blackened, soggy, moldy thing; drag it into the house to enjoy on your favorite/most expensive rug; then he'll repeat the first four steps

LOL Great Pictures....Seems Bassets can chew through any bone in a NY minute....I gave Bessie a Jumbone and she ate it in less than 10 mins. She now can only have the really hard plastic ones that she can only get small flakes off of.
