Love the second one. Check the FAQ on the avatar--I think there is info there on how to get them to work.

See Your avatar works. Click on My Controls above. Then under My Profile click on Edit Avatar Settings. Where it says Enter a URL to an online avatar image, copy and paste http://i225.photobucket.com/albums/dd217/rgh_album/rosieavator4.jpg I tried it and it worked for me. Don't worry I'll delete your avatar, just wanted you to see that the above does work.
