Ruby has had a lot of cysts and some where removed last summer. As far as a lumpy nickname, I sometimes call Ruby:
"Ruby-Lumplestiltskin"
My childhood basset Bud had to be put down at 11 because of cysts taking over all of his entire inside; started with sebaceus cysts when he was young.
