There is not only a very good article about Bassets in the April issue of the AKC Gazette, but there is also a picture of a Basset on the cover! If any of you get the Events section of the magazine, the yellow Lab on the cover of that looks just like my Stryker. The article is well written and informative and quotes one of my Basset friends and mentors Ruth Paule. Hopefully my next Basset will be out of her lines. Her dogs do it all, and well. The article is titled "Noble Clown", love it. Take care, Belinda.

I wish there were some way to read that article without having to subscribe. I have too many magazine subscriptions as it is.

Now if this were a basset only magazine I would be inclined!

Uhm, you should be able to just buy this magazine at your local bookstore. I'll have to find it later today during lunchtime.
There is a bookstore just 1 block from my office.

it is a nice article i read it at a field trial!!! someone bought the magazine with them to the Lenape Basset Hound Field Trial.
