It's been a wonderful summer weather lately in Norway, if +86f is what you like.
It's a bit much for us used to colder climate, and for furry bassets.
Several of us haven't been in our best form lately, but you just can't sit inside,
so we went orienteering Sunday morning. Once every season they have a so called
coffee check point, meaning we'll get free coffee and biscuits, and a cheap Norwegian
can't let that pass. They also had a local historian telling about the area...
The map with the check points, the coffee point is marked with a "K":
We started from a farm called "Østby":
Finally we reached the Østby pond, you can see the coffee serving on the other side:
The former slaves of Capella (the New Foundlander) joined us Sunday too:
We also met a young Bouvier des Flandres, he was put on place by Emma and wouldn't
come near us after that.....
Who else did we meet in the forest than my Grandchild Andreas with DIL,
he insisted on walking by himself, and even with two bassets we were faster than they....
And what's this? A dabbled, enormous dog with dreads and hairy legs?
Emma didn't liked her a bit....
