Default Weird Lesions and Bumps? Cancer?

Just wondering if anyone has experienced what we are going through.

It started with a little red bump on her nose that kind of looked like she hit it on something. Now it's the size of an egg. It's red and sometimes oozes.

She had "lesions" or little penny sized bumps all over the front of her ears that would open up and ooze, but then left after some heavy antibiotics. Now they seemed to have migrated to the bottom of her feet and neck folds. Shes loosing hair on her head and neck.

It's been a little medical mystery that brought us to a skin specialist. She sent many samples to various places and they couldn't pin point it. They found a bacteria that was super hard to treat and maybe cancer. The nose bump seems cancerous for sure, but they said the lesions were too, but I've never seen a cancer pop up, leave an area and go somewhere else like this.

We've been giving her Prednisone which keeps the lesions down, gabapentin for the open lesions on her feet that hurt when she walks.

My dad is in denial and is convinced its a Yeast infection that got out of hand, but the vet says they didn't see yeast in the bumps.

Just seeing if anyone has encountered this and found a solution?

Oh that looks so nasty, poor girl. The only time we had something similar, but without that swelling, on the nose, was with Harriet who, shortly after coming back to the UK and out of quarantine, managed to present with something similar after putting her nose in stinging nettles. I don't remember seeing these out in Canada? and certainly she didn't have the healthy respect of them, that most UK dogs do. She was treated with Panalog and eventually although the scabbing left some scars eventually, it didn't spread or happen again.

Pred. is a mild form of chemo and Gabapentin, which I have been on, helps with pain.

Open lesions, not normally on noses?, can be the result of Alabama Rot ... which is around in the UK now. ???

My current boy is full of lumps and bumps (no hair loss) - alarmingly because any of them could be cancerous, but to be honest, having had this before in the odd hound, and had some removed, we tend not to have this done (where to start with Frankie!) unless they grow big and in a difficult place. I just hope they are fatty cysts - none of them seem to bother him. He has plenty of other problems poor lad.
