I am always more concerned with knuckling than bowing and direction the feet point. as knuckling points to lacticity in the ligature of the carpal (wrist) joint which general only gets worse over time. Given that it appears to bother him on occasion one non-invasive approach is an external support.

I have seen much worse that never seems to bother the dog, but you must make decision on how the individual dog reacts. It can be surgically corrected to a point and results are usually not perfect but sometimes the best solution.

Best agility basset ever at least in USDAA had a very crooked front see attached photo but did not knuckle never had a front end issue.
