Did we crash the system?

Last night & tonight, I had trouble getting on this site. Was the site down?
Seemed to be down for ~1 hr both nights, at least.

I had the same problem. Someone's basset was probably chewing on a cord on some server some where.

I couldn't get on last night either, yup probably a basset hacker somewhere lol

I have had no probablem getting on. Is it possible to get this resolved? Does anyone know how to get the advertisement removed?

oh, this is an old thread, too, Bubbad. now it seems the problem is not getting on, just in the old posts popping up. We haven't had that problem that everyone's describing. dunno why, although awhile back, we changed some settings (tho can't figure out how we did that anymore, it was too long ago).

anyway, i reported it to the administrator. btw, it's easy to report things. On every post there's that yellow sign w/the diamond and the exclamation mark inside-- just click on that and you can send a message to the administrator.

We haven't had the problem either. What does everyone click to see new posts? We click on "Active Topics" and it always seems to work. I'm sure there is a more efficient way to bring recent posts up...but this works ok for us.
