In theory, it sounds like great news, just hope it works out in practice.

Wish the same could be said for the 'puppymills'

Yeah, I know. Considering the debacle of the human evacuation after Katrina, it's hard to imagine that an effective pet evacuation plan can be implemented. But at least a vehicle exists now.
