Default Pets Evacuation Act
The Pets Evacuation and Transportation Act (Pets Act, H.R. 3858) is currently before Congress. Its goal is to address the pet problem in formulating federal evacuation plans, and to avoid in future emergencies the debacle which occurred during Katrina.
