out of state adoption

The search for a companion for Noonie continues. We found a breeder, but unfortunately they do not know where we can find an adult basset at this time. In my on-line search I found a beautiful red and white who is in a shelter in Montana. Does anyone out there have any experience with out of state adoptions? Thanks in advance.

You might try contacting Cascadia Basset Hound Rescue. They cover the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. Good luck!
