I volunteer for a pittie rescue, so I don't think they would be able to take him. =/

I will, however, share his picture and story on FB and let you know where I get with it!

If anyone wants to share what I share I'm Facebook.com/jennandjuicetm

What's his name?
Whoops, checked the PM, his name is Beau.

Is he dog, cat, kid friendly? Up to date on Vaccines? I know those will be the first questions I'm asked.

YES! All 3 friendly. LOVES other dogs, he is always begging to go in the front yard to see the dogs walking on the street. He is up to date on vaccines as of April 2011. We have all vaccination/vet records since we have had him.

When is everyone willing to do this? We really want to help but we are in the Nashville area so it sounds like we would backtrack with him. This boy has really touched my heart and I really want him to have the best for the years he has left.

There is some stuff in the works. We will let everyone know once things get finalized.

If he comes through Arkansas I'll be more than happy to help transport him or let him stay overnight with me and Daisy.

Just wanted to let everyone know that Beau is on his journey to Missouri! Thanks so much for your thoughts, prayers & support. Will post a picture from the beginning of his journey soon.

ChipIn: Beau's Vet Care

Hey everyone, if you didnt know it the Jowls of Fury household are taking in Beau to foster him. Obviously this will be an expensive job so the link above will take you to a chip in. Anyone can go and donate anything from a penny to a million. EVERY donation, no matter how big or small will help pay for the vets bills - i believe his first trip is tomorrow as he needs his nails doing - and we all know how fast vet bills add up. So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dig down the back of the sofa and see what you can find to help this older gentleman get the care he needs! It would be great to see this basset community band together and help him out
