This is Cat. At just 4 years old, she was dumped at a high kill shelter.

Why did her owner's dump this sweet girl? Cat is petite, loving and a calm basset girl. She gave me kisses the whole way to Basset Rescue Network at Daphneyland!

Cat needs to be seen by a vet for shots and spaying. She also has a mass on top of her head (you can see in photo towards left).
