(OMG) I can't look at the pic. without crying. I think every thing that was done to this poor innocent baby should be done to the owner. Tummy Boy's Mom

Ralph has been taken in by a rescue and will go to the vet tomorrow. Some wonderful angel flew his plane down to pick Ralph up and bring him home.

The fosters report that Ralph is an incredible loving basset (about 4 months) despite his horrible treatment.

Equally good is that the donation fund for Ralph has raised more than needed!

Hopefully Ralph will become a beautiful success story.

This made me cry .. How could you do that to a basset baby .. not even a basset puppy .. how could you do this to anything living????

Elvismom that is wonderful news soooo happy he will have a chance to live a good life!!!!!!!!!!! How is it that there can be such wonderful people out there and then there's people with no respect for animals???
