Just thought I would put a word out there with all this talk about food for Eukaneuba Puppy Lamb and Rice. I"m not sure if any of you remember that Maggie was having some issues with soft feces - and a lot of it! I took her to the vet and it turns out that she had a bacterial infection of some kind, so that is in the process of being treated now.
But back to the food. I find she has about half the "output" she used to have when I was feeding her Authority Large Breed Puppy food, which her previous owner was feeding her. I'm very happy with this - and it seems to be much better quality. Maggie gobbled it up... but she also eats anything close to edible, so I wasn't worried about switching her. |

her "output" being less is a good sign that she is digesting most of her food,so that is a good thing.don't be afraid to try other types of adult food until you find a couple that give her a less "output",when she is ready for adult food. i liked Diamond puppy chow, but i now feed Black Gold and that's what the new puppy that is coming will get.
