sorry, I am unable to locate the "Insert Image" button! Help!

In the tool bar right under the "Fonts" drop down list, there are 5 small green and white icons, the "insert image" icon is the second one form left, it looks like a picture of a sun over a hill. if you click on that icon a box will pop up where you can enter the URL of your pic.
