In seeing the cute picture of Chloe "not thrilled" with her new friend, it was perfect timing. I just bought a basset garden statue online yesterday, I won't get it for at least another week or two. The one I got was lying down, from www.onthewebstores.com. I was looking for a sitting one like in that picture, though. I think I am still happy with the one I ordered, because I think it looks more like José than the sitting one. But, out of curiousity, does anyone know of any other basset statues around?
José had one place where he always sat in the back yard, it was perfect because he could see out into the front yard from there. Anywhere else was blocked by fence or house. I plan to put this statue right in his spot, so we can continue to have a basset "guarding" the back yard.

I found this one --
https://www.lawnornamentsandfountains.com/i...amp;ProdID=2254 but I think I like the one you found better. The statue Chloe was reluctantly standing near was commissioned by the city of Woodinville -- too bad b/c it is really nice! Colleen |

Hi!
I got mine from here: http://www.kkaygiftsnart.com/cartfigs/sub2/basset1.html My husband ordered one for my birthday, we got the pictures on Saturday and we were floored, it was LILY! I can't wait to see it in person. This is my first post and I have no idea how to post pictures. When I figure it out, I will post pictures of Lily and of her figure. Have a nice evening! There's a little shop called Courtyards in the Mill Pond Shops at Tiverton Four Corners that had a Basset Hound cast in cement called "Lazy Pup" - it looked like the classic 'Flat Basset'. I always wanted one...
