My husband & I were trying to make one of the PVC Pipe beds for the dogs. We don't have the right material but my husband is so impatient he wouldn't wait for me to find the right stuff so he wanted to make it with what we had for now. We will have to remake it with the right material when I find it. Here are a few pictures of Sadie & Max trying the bed out before it's even done. They were so curious and had to be right in the middle of it all. We kept pushing them away and they would just come back and lay right where we were working. When my husband finally flipped the bed over Max climbed right on it, curled up and feel asleep. I guess he approves.

It surprises me the hounds like these so much. I thought a softer pillow bed would be more popular.

Cute pictures!! Looks like your hubby did a great job, and your hounds will love his handiwork. Bogie Carter loves his pipe bed.

I would like to try one for Ruby but don't want the expense if she ignores it or is scared of it. :P

Hounds seem to enjoy them. Maybe they have an instinct to be off the floor.

When I was searching the net to buy a couple I found this website that has step-by-step instruction on how to make them. They are a little different then one Rusty & Stickers have but work the same way.
